Division 30 History

Division 30 of the
California-Nevada-Hawaii District
of Kiwanis International

Introduction:

Kiwanis International has community service clubs in 80 countries. Those clubs are organized into 49 separate districts. A new district was organized in the fall of 1918 as the California District. In 1923, Nevada was added to the district which was then renamed the California-Nevada District. In 1951, the district was expanded to include Hawaii and since then has been known as the California-Nevada-Hawaii District or “CNH”.
CNH is further subdivided into divisions. Division 30 is in California and includes the northern portion of Orange County and part of Los Angeles County around Whittier and La Mirada.
